ABOUT US
Camp El Guacio is part of the mission of the Boriquén Presbyterian Synod in Puerto Rico, a member of the Presbyterian Church of the United States of America (PCUSA). Located in the municipality of San Sebastián, the camp offers services as a center for conferences and retreats of several days as well as for meetings or single-day activities. Administered under a Board of Directors, the camp has a trained kitchen, maintenance and volunteer staff under the direction of its executive director Mrs. Wilmari Vargas. Currently Guacio Camp is also an official accommodation for volunteers through the Presbyterian Disaster Agency (PDA). We receive groups of volunteers from different parts of the United States through this agency of the Presbyterian Church of the United States of America to do work in the camp and in the community.
